General Terms and Conditions
- Fee structure to be agreed by both parties before work commences.
- Payment to be made within 28 days on receipt of the invoice.
- One month’s notice to be given by TSD Ltd or the Care Home Company to end any agreement of services already confirmed by both parties.
- Services are supplied on a personal basis within an agreed framework. TSD Ltd can advise on what changes need to be made and can support any resources, implementation, and training requirements, but once services have been provided, it will be the responsibility of the Company or the Home(s) to sustain best practice within the Home(s). TSD can further support care homes with six-monthly, or annual audits and/or ongoing medication training for nurses and Health Care Workers if requested.
